Shipping & Returns
Biophytum.net delivers its products throughout France (metropolitan France and overseas departments and territories). For deliveries in metropolitan France and Corsica, the delivery time is 48 to 72 hours. For international shipments, outside of metropolitan France or Corsica, you can calculate the delivery time by visiting the dedicated page of the Colissimo service:
https://www.laposte.fr/particulier/outils/calculateur-de-delais/resultat We undertake to prepare and ship your orders placed between Monday 9 am and Friday 2 pm within 48 hours (for any order placed on Friday after 2 pm, Saturday, and Sunday, parcels will be prepared and shipped on Monday). Example:
You order on Monday at 3 pm. Your order will be prepared and shipped on Tuesday afternoon. You will receive your order on Thursday or at the latest on Friday (for all orders in metropolitan France and Corsica).

*To a Mondial Relay point (only valid for metropolitan France and Corsica), *by Colissimo Home Delivery with signature. If your order does not reach €50 (incl. tax), the applicable shipping costs are those at the current rates depending on the delivery point and country.
This rate includes the shipment of your order via So Colissimo, a service offered by La Poste. You have the option to choose from different delivery methods and will receive the delivery status of your package by email from La Poste.

We remind you that all delivery times are to be counted in working days. These delivery times are indicative and remain dependent on the carriers. Our company cannot be held responsible in case of delivery delay. No refund will be taken into account if the deadlines are not met by the services. The selection of your Mondial Relay pick-up point is made during order validation.
Important:
Any order placed on the site and delivered outside metropolitan France and Corsica may be subject to potential taxes and customs duties imposed when the package arrives at its destination. These potential customs duties and taxes, related to the delivery of an item, are at your expense and are your responsibility. We are not obliged to check and inform you of the applicable customs duties and taxes. To inform yourself, we advise you to inquire with the competent authorities of your country.
Order destined for Switzerland: Customs and VAT amounts are not collected if they do not exceed 5 francs per declaration. Consequently, shipments whose total value - including transport costs, customs clearance, insurance and customs duties - does not exceed the following amounts, are imported without paying tax: Total value of 65 francs (for a VAT rate of 7.7%) Total value of 200 francs (for a VAT rate of 2.5%)
If the order value exceeds these amounts: The amount of customs clearance fees calculated by Swiss Post depends on the origin and VAT value of the shipment (value of goods subject to VAT).
For shipments from Germany, France, Austria, and Italy, the basic fee is 8.25 francs. To this is added a surcharge of 3% of the value of the taxable goods (import taxes and customs clearance not included). For more information, please consult the website of the Federal Customs Administration.
RETURNS
If you wish to make a return, please contact our customer service at contact@biophytum.net.
To speed up the process, please provide us with your order number, the list of products you wish to return, and the reason for the return. After validation of these elements, we will then send you a return label by email, allowing you to return your items to us. The cost of this label and this return will be automatically deducted from your refund.
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned products must be in their original condition and must include all of your delivery. If you received any free gifts, it is essential that they also be returned, otherwise your refund will be completely canceled.
Your parcel will be returned by the same carrier you selected for your shipment.
If you chose shipping via Colissimo, you can choose to request a return from your mailbox on the Colissimo website or drop off your parcel at a Colissimo relay point. If you chose shipping via Mondial Relay, drop off your parcel at an approved relay point. Be sure to keep proof of deposit to ensure the return.
